There were homes sitting in our neighborhood for months and we had literally 60 days to sell our home, Jesse and team sat down with us and gave us the lowdown. At times, it wasn’t information that we wanted to hear, but Jesse and team kept it realistic we came to a reasonable compromise place the house on the market and within eight days we had multiple offers. It’s all about listening with an open mind to your Realtor! Thank you, Jesse! You are amazing, by the way this is the second house that Jesse has sold for us! It’s all about the return customer😎

We have moved to different cities for work. The experience we had with the Coley Group in general was great and the experience of working with Parker was terrific. Parker didn’t just show us houses he got to know us , really understood our needs and did a superb job of connecting us with some houses that met our needs. He then was able to provide thoughtful counsel and enable us to get our first choice. Parker not only did a great job for with the house, he introduced us to others both with respect to the property but also other people and businesses that would be helpful to us in our relocation to Raleigh.
